Hi there, I'm new to the this whole blog so forgive me if this is super corny.
I wanted to create a blog to share my every day observations of type...Myers Briggs(R) type is.
I am certified in the Myers Briggs(R) type indicator. I think it is a very valuable tool and embrace the knowledge to the best of my ability. I am an ENTJ. ENTJ's are knows as "the drivers". For me this means that I have an intense drive to get things done. I want to start and finish what I do and when something gets in the way I do whatever I can. Nothing lascivious or illegal mind you. I just use whatever skills I have in my "bag of tricks" to clear barriers.
Love to hear from you.

Hi Melissa
Welcome to the world of blogging! I started my own blog (strengthsblogger.blogspot.com) recently as well, and similar to you, it is not so much about myself but about a "tool" or "philosophy" that I found very useful for my work as a manage: the Clifton StrengthsFinder, and behind it the idea to focus on strengths.
The MBTI was one of my first personality assessments and has had a profound impact on my leadership development (I am an INTJ by the way). I have read a lot about the MBTI, but what frustrated me to a minor extent was that I often am not quite sure whether to put myself or other people into I or E, or J or P. Here, the StrengthsFinder has helped me, as I learnt that some talents are more of introverted nature while others are more of extraverted nature. If we have a mixture of both I and E talents, as well as J and P talents, this can explain while we sometimes feel a bit "ambivalent", depending on the situation.
Well, enough words already for a short comment!
Matthias
Hi Matthias, I just found your comment more than a year after you made it. I didn't have notifications on right. I love your blog and I am trying to spend more time blogging.
